This study attempted to interpret the contents of Longgang Qin Bamboo Strips 11 to 22, 68, and 181. These 14 bamboo strips contain records of QínYuànlǜ (秦 苑律), the Qin dynasty law regarding palace gardens. It was found that the law was strictly enforced, punishing those who violated the law in relation to entering the palace gardens with severe sentences. The new interpretation of these bamboo strips opened a more profound understanding of the society, law, language, and scripts of the Qín Dynasty. This study also offers more in-depth insights into Longgang Qin Bamboo Strips 11 to 22, 68, and 181 using an approach in the study of letters based on the existing research findings, supplementing the previous studies on these bamboo strips with new proofs and correcting errors in interpretation. Furthermore, given the current situation where new Qin character documents are constantly unearthed, it is expected that this study will be followed by continuous annotation work and studies on the whole of Longgang Qin Bamboo Strips.

본고는 龍崗秦簡 第11～22簡, 第68簡, 第181簡의 내용에 대해 해독을 시도하였다. 이 14매의 죽간이 담고 있는 대략의 내용은 禁苑과 관련한 秦법률인 秦苑律에 대한 기록이다. 秦苑律은 상당히 엄격하게 시행되었는데 금원의 출입과 관련하여 위법 행 위를 한 자는 무거운 형벌에 처해졌음을 살펴볼 수 있었으며 해독 작업을 통해 秦代 사회와 법률, 언어와 문자에 대해 한층 더 깊게 이해할 수 있게 되었다. 또한, 본고 는 龍崗秦簡 第11～22簡·68簡·181簡의 기존 연구에 충분한 예증을 찾아 보충하거나 誤釋 부분에 대해서는 정정 의견을 제시하는 등, 기존 연구 성과를 토대로 문자학적 지식을 활용하여 보다 심도있는 고찰을 진행하였다.
