A study on the Problem of Chinese Quotation of the South Korean Papers : Focused on the Noise Form of the News Report about the Six-party Nuclear Talks
Abstract
This article focuses on the noise occurred in phenomenon of communication and the interference to communication between senders and receivers. Especially, the noise through the channel(media) transform sender's original information and likely to influence the receiver's attitudes. This study to confirm that noise appeared in the Internet articles that Korean and Chinese people makes frequent use for getting information. First, found out the Chinese Internet articles related to hot issue 'The six-party nuclear talks' and then separate out the Chinese articles that Korean articles as a source, finally analyzes the emergence of what types of noise are. This study predicts that because not only Korean media but also Chinese media interference, there is great potential to distort and transform the original information.
The research results show that there are many noise in the Chinese articles that Korean articles as a source. Using various ways to transform 'article's title', 'article's content', and 'article's form', changes the Korean articles by intention. Through not only modify and delete the Korean articles's words and sentences but also add new contents to change the article's contents, and modify news writing method and article's arrangement to change the relevant article's forms.
