The ripple effect of inviting foreign capital is infinite. Especially, it getsattention as the growth momentum which vitalize the nation andregion in the world economic recession.

I would like to investigate effectiveness and economic effect ofReal Estate Investment and Immigration System that isimplemented in the partial areas, and moreover propose remedythat can maximize positive effects of Real Estate Investment andImmigration System for succesful creation of "SaemangeumEconomic Cooperation Parks" after compare and analyze RealEstate Investment and Immigration System of the countries(regions) which has implemented it in advance of Korea.
