Comparative analysis and Countermeasure Study on the international competitiveness of the Broadcast Content Industy in China, South Korea and Japan ― base on the generalized double diamond model
Abstract
Today, with the merging of cultural industry and moderntechnology, Cultural and Creative Industries through a harmonioussocial environment, an advanced legal system, is formed a neweconomic form taking the creative as the core drive. Whether inChina, South Korea or Japan, the Broadcast Content Industry inthe classification of cultural and creative industries has the keyposition, thus increasing the international competitiveness of theBroadcast Content Industry has become important issues for thedevelopment of cultural and creative industries. In this paper, wetake Broadcast Content Industry as an object of study, based onGeneral Double Diamond model and the different characteristicsof the Broadcast Content Industry in China, South Korea andJapan, established an in international competitiveness measuresystem to do a useful exploration for the development ofBroadcast Content Industry in these three countries.
By using the results fo the evaluation, an analysis is takenpanoramically regarding the position of China’s Broadcast ContentIndustry in the world. Compare to South Korea and Japan, Chinastill has a certain gap with South Korea and Japan in FactorConditions, Demand Conditions and Related and SupportingIndustries. In the future to increase the support of the BroadcastContent Industry, establish market liquidity management system,integrated computing network to improve circulation environmentis necessary. Increase efforts to train excellent human resourcesand technical resources, encourage co-production and investmentportfolio, improve the financial support is also required.
